Yeoman being Very Sick and Weak in Body", dated 21 Oct 1725, proved 17 Feb 1725[/26], names wife Martha; eldest son Richard [he paying daughter Abigail when she reaches 21]; son Samuel [he paying his sister Mercy when she reaches 21]; son Ebenezer [he paying his sister Mary when she reaches 21]; residue to three sons names and youngest son Amos in equal shares, Amos paying daughter Lois when she reaches 21]; wife to pay daughters a legacy "from their Elder & now Deceased Sister to them". Wife Martha and son Richard and Samuel to be executors.
