    I, Richard Waterman, Jr., son of Richard Esq. of Providence am guardian to my Nephew Christopher Waterman eldest son to my Brother Zuriel deceased, Have received from James Williams, Sen., of said Providence, Esq. and Zeruiah his wife who was Administratrix &c of the said Zuriel Waterman the full sum of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds in money it being the full porportional part of the said Zuriel Waterman's personal estate that belongs to his son Christopher.
