Son of John and Deborah Knapp Randall. Educated at St. John's College, Annapolis, Md.; studied medicine with Dr. John Ridgely, of Annapolis. In 1827 was appointed Prof. Chemistry, Med. Dept. Richard Randall (1796 – April 19, 1829) was a physician and colonial agent of the American Colonization Society in Liberia from December 22, 1828 to April 19, 1829. ...
