His will, dated 15 : last (12) mo. 1647, mentions as legatees, "wife Edna; son Joseph; Brother James Baly; nephew John Baly; Thomas Palmer; the poore of the Towne"; also mentions "Michel Hobkinson; Mr. Rogers, Ipswich, and Mr Johnson: (On file Salem, Vol. 1:98).
