From Antony Maitland's site: "Ruemorn Townsend, born 1698, died between November 25/1740 and May 20/1741. He was so named by his mother from her grief at the death of her husband before Ruemorn was born. He married at Hempstead, L.I., on January 24/1729, Mary Allen, born February 11, l70l, died May 31, 1769, daughter of Captain Henry and Mary Allen of Great Neck, L.I. After Remourn's death, Mary married, 2nd, William Moyles, whose will dated June 7/1776, proved March 2/1719, left one third of his estate to his wife Mary's children by her first husband, namely the wives of William Willis and John Hewlett: he left one third to Sarah, wife of Benjamin Latting, and one third to John Forman. Mary had no children by William Moyles.
