RICHARDSON, Lefa, d. Luke Jr. and Relief, [born] May 31, 1786.
There is a death record for an unnamed son of Luke Jr. on Feb. 1789. As there is no birth recorded between Lefa and this date, it is not clear if was meant to be a daughter, or if it is a son whose birth was not recorded that died in infancy soon after birth. However as Artemas is born in Feb. 1790 and he lives to marry, it seems more likely that it might apply to Lefa. According to the Source:Vinton, John Adams. Richardson Memorial, p. 621, daughter "Relief, b. 31 May 1786; deceased". Since we all decease eventually, this presumably is meant to indicate she is not mentioned in the probate, and thus this seems to fit?
