Ray Frank Rites Planned Thursday At Remsen Church

Funeral services for Ray Frank, 22, Remsen, will be at 10 am Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Remsen. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery under the direction of the Elsch funeral home. Msgr. F.T. Schultes will officiate.

Parish rosary will be at 8 pm Wednesday and the rosary by Catholic Order of Foresters will be at 9 pm.

Mr. Frank was born Mar. 6, 1944, in LeMars, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Frank.

He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound Monday at the home of his parents. He was a farm laborer.

Survivors include his parents; three sisters, Mrs. Milo (Delia) Homan of Remsen, Mrs. Bud (Mary) Kestel of New Hampton, and Alice at home; and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Catherine Fitzgerald, Riverside, Calif.
