    [Unfortunately there is no photograph of a gravestone, since if it says what is listed in item 2, it clearly misidentifies the parents. It also appears to have the wrong date of death 10 Apr instead of 10 May. This hurts the credibility of this record, and it should probably be ignored. Both the town record (item #1) and the copy sent to the state (item #3) indicate May 10 as the death date, but the copy sent to the state appears to list Rachel's death as 1842 while the town record says 1841. But the state copy is supposed to be for the year ending May 1, 1842, therefore, even though this is the last entry on the sheet, it would presumably meant 10 May 1841, and was only added to the end because it was overlooked at the proper spot?]
