In Petersburgh, Rensselaer Co., N. Y., June 11th, 1874, of inflammation of the lungs, at the residence of her sister, Olive Scriven, Mrs. Polly Kenyon, widow of Potter Kenyon, in the 87th year of her age.
Sister Kenyon was a daughter of William Scriven, formerly a prominent member of the church in Petersburgh, of which also Sister Kenyon lived and died a member. Her faith in Jesus was her support in her last moments, whilst in peace she breathed her last, resting in him.
