Without doubt in the employ of his brother-in-law Nicolas GAUTHIER of Port Royal, he was at St. Charles des Mines from 1719 on. Pierre died at Brest in France around 1745. His widow married Pierre RICHARD of Port Royal. Also spelled ALLAIN.
