- ↑ From the book The Westfall Country-had four buildings on what was part of the Levi Westfall homestead. He had a store, eating place and a feed stable. In 1886 the post office was opened in Bully and he was the postmater.
- Form applying for a birth certificate for Frederick William Cammann suggests Phillip was born about 1840.
- We could not locate his tombstone but he is on 2 lists of the dead in the cemetery.
