    Phebe Ann Ward and Griffin S. Dunnahoo were married October 22, 1867 in St. Joseph County, Indiana. The couple were parents of 6 children: Lillian M., William D., Franklin H., Edith Ann, Hugh P., and Walter Dunnahoo. Phebe died on October 7, 1918 and was buried October 10, 1918.

    Mrs. Phoebe Ann Dunnahoo, 72 years old, living near Lydick, died Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, following a three weeks' illness. She is survived by her husband, Griffin S. Dunnahoo and five children, William D., Franklin H., and Hugh P. Dunnahoo, and Mrs. E. A. Morse, all of South Bend, and Walter A. Dunnahoo, of Dallas, Texas. She also leaves two brothers, Christ H. and Frank D. Ward, both living in South Bend. Mrs. Dunnahoo was born in Warren township, March 11, 1846, and had lived here all her life. The funeral will be held at the residence, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
