    on Feb 26, 1939 _Peter Helms, a leader in the successful campaign for incorporation of Laureldale borough, died at 2pm yesterday in the Reading Hospital, aged 50yrs. Native of Mt.Aetna, son of the late Isaac & Emma (Horn) Helms. Surviving are his widow, Blanche (Wertz); 4 children: Dorothy, wife of Geo.E.Reitz of Laureldale; Elwood J. Helms of Pottstown; Henrietta M. & Carolyn E. Helms, at home. Full copy in the Scrapbook.
