Butler Township Resident Is Dead Cerebral Hemorrhage Fatal to Mrs. Terry Worman at age of 64 - Funeral Services in Auburn Thursday A lifelong resident of Butler Township, Dekalb County, Mrs. Terry Pearl Marie Worman, died at the age of 64 years at Sacred Heart hospital at Garrett at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday. She was the wife of a retired farmer, Terry Worman. Mrs. Worman had been in good health until she became ill last Thursday night. She suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and was taken to the hospital Sunday evening. She was born Oct 19, 1889, on Rt. 1, Garrett, southwest of St Johns. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Hoffman. On June 16, 1917, she and Mr. Worman were united in marriage at the home of her parents. Surviving besides the husband are seven children, Mrs. Cora Ellen Bauman of near Garrett; Mrs Betty Marie Laux of Winslow, Arizona; Mrs. Dorothy Ann Kimes of Crooked Lake, George Martin Worman of north of Corunna; Wayne Eugene Worman of Butler Township; Lewis Henry Worman of Skinner Lake near Albion; and Richard Worman of near LaGrange; a sister, Mrs. L. C. Baker of 314 West Fifteenth Street, Auburn; a brother, Ira Hoffman of Wooster, Ohio, and grandchildren. Mrs. Worman was a member of the Cedar Chapel Methodist church. The body was removed to the Dilgard & Cline funeral home in Auburn for burial preparations and will remain for funeral services which will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Cedar Chapel cemetery.
