There appears to be an error in Patsy's Aunt Pearl Pinkerton Williams' obituary as it claims Patsy is a surviving daughter of Pearl. This may be a transcriber's error or maybe it was published that way. In any case, according to the Texas birth index, Patsy Ruth Wilson and George Trammel had children in Texas. That would imply that she was the daughter of the sister named Wilson.
