[Note: the question of whether September (7ber) or November (9ber) is raised because the previous record is 26 Sep and the next is January 30, so Sep would make this out of order, while November would suit the order (and 7 and 9 look similar). However, it is probably neither since neither 17 Sep or 17 Nov is a Sunday, but 17 Oct was in 1703, as are various surrounding dates (1 Aug, 26 Sep). Followed on the page by dates in spring of 1704 so clearly fall 1703.]
