He first worked in Batavia (Cincinnati Area) making tools and we think he got transferred to Cleveland. Worked for Warner & Swazey Manufacturing in Cleveland, Ohio, making tools. Then he went to work for the Star & Spangbakery. He died in a truck accident while working for the bakery.

Some documents show him as Otto Carl Acker II, as opposed to Jr.
