   Mary A. Presley died 6 January 1966 at Sweet Home Hospital at Sweet Home, Oregon-at the time of death she was a resident of Malheur County, Oregon. She owned a small residential property in the Town of Brogan, Malheur, Oregon valued at $2,000.00 estimated annual retal value of $300.00.
   She died intestate.
