16 Dec 1754: Bond of Ruth Livermore Widow as administrat'x of her late husband Oliver Livermore late of Watertown deceased Intestate. 3 Jan 1755: Inventory of Mr Oliver Livermore Late of Watertown Decest: personal: £129-8-10, real: £ 570, by Jonas Bond, Nath'll Collidge, Nehemiah Mason. 23 May 1757: Appraisal of real estate of Mr Oliver Livermore of Watertown Yeoman Deceased and set off one third to Ruth the deceased's widow; remaining two thirds will not admit of a division, of opinion should be settled on Oliver the eldest son. Mentions advances to daughter Mary Brown, daughter Ruth Stone. 26 Feb 1759: Account of Ruth Livermore of Watertown administratrix of her late husband Mr Oliver Livermore, allowed. 26 Feb 1759: Judge's decree settling 2/3 real estate of Mr Oliver Livermore late of Watertown on Oliver Livermore eldest son, he paying charges, and his brethren and sisters: to Ruth and Mary (both having had advances); to Amos, Jonathan, Rachel, Anna & Abigail. 10 Sep 1776: Bond of Amos Livermore as administrator of Oliver Livermore late of Watertown which was set off to his widow Ruth Livermore for her Dower.
