Norma Myers Obit, via ARSEBAST-L@rootsweb.com: Mountainburg - Norma Kinnick Myers, 77, of Mountainburg died Tuesday, March 20, 2001, in a local hospital. She was a 1941 graduate of Mountainburg High School and was a former employee of Boeing Aircraft and a telephone operator and owner operator of apartment houses. She was a member of Moutainburg Presbyterian Church and was the widow of Hugh T. Myers. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Mountainburg Presbyterian Church with burial at Conley Cemetery in Mountainburg under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. She is survived by two daughters, Sue and Kay Myers, both of Mountainburg; caregiver and cousin, Valerie Smith of Mountainburg. Pallbearers will be Donnie, Jay, Joe, Eb and Jarrett Shephard and Art Richmond. The family may visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Mountainburg Presbyterian Church, Highway 71 North, Mountainburg, AR 72946 or the American Cancer, Heart or Diabetes associations.
