  3. The often flawed Source:Reed, Jacob Whittemore. History of the Reed Family in Europe and America, p. 305, gives the Nathan Reed who married Susanna --- to the family of Isaac Reed and Experience Willis. However they married in 1729/30 and could not have had a child old enough to marry in 1743/44. Further Isaac's will mentions no son Nathan, only a grandson Nathan [Middlesex Probate 18507], born to his deceased son Isaac and wife Lydia (Goodrew) Reed [sic, Goodenow per Sudbury VRs, p. 256] in 1756 [per Framingham VRs, p. 166). On p. 108, he shows another Nathan Reed married Susanna, but in the family of Ebenezer and Huldah Reed.
