[In the addenda, "Bits of Genealogy", the "Hagar Bible" gives his birth as 14 Jan 1744-5, which is the New Style interpretation of 3 Jan, which is compatible with his baptism. The town town record of his whole family was recorded at one time 7 years after his birth per this source [other dates on p. 82 are from 1752], thus the church record would appear to be more reliable. There is no comment about when the Bible record was made [perhaps also after the fact since it contains new style dates], but as it is compatible with the church record, it seems credible.]

Will of "Nathan Hager of Weston ... being weak in body", dated 8 Jul 1802, proved 13 Oct 1802, names wife Anna; eldest daughter Elizabeth Bunce; eldest son Isaac; sons Elisha and Amos; six other daughters Eunice, Anna, Polly, Sally, Sukey and Liefy; second son Nathan. Son Nathan to be executor. 10 Nov 1802: Receipts of Anna Hager for household furniture of my late husband Nathan Hager; of Isaac Hager for wearing apparel of my late father Nathan Hager. 15 Dec 1826: Discharge of executor Nathan Hagar by heirs "James Bunce & Elizabeth his wife in her right, Isaac Hagar, Elisha Hagar, Amos Hagar, Samuel Brown & Eunice his wife in her right, Charles Jackson & Anna his wife in her right, Samuel Hartwell & Polly his wife in her right, & Cyrus Lee & Sukey his wife in her right ... [and also as heirs of] Sally Hagar late of said Weston, decd, & also heirs at Law of Anna Hagar widow & Leify Hargar, singlewoman, both deceaased".
