Do you anything about Bailey's sister Narcissa Cornelius? She is living with her parents on the 1850 census, listed as age 22, and by 1860 she is married to Samuel Cargo, who is about 56, according to the census. I found a marriage record for them. One of my Copelands married into the Cargo family in Blount Co. The Cargo researchers I have corresponded with don't seem to know anything about this Samuel and Narcissa. I wonder if they had any children. Samuel's deceased wife was Sarah. The Cargo clan is small too. FYI - Altha Copeland, Eliza's sister, married Samuel's son Gibson Cargo, who died sometime before the Civil War began.

Just wondering.. Thanks, JCC
