Hampden County Leader , September 13, 1907 - Norwich - Death of Mrs. Nancy Knight Mrs. Nancy Knight, 68, long resident of this community, who has been ill for several weeks at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. W. S. Taylor on High Street, Easthampton, died last Tuesday. She was a woman of cheerful and generous disposition and was generally respected. She has been a widow for many years and leaves two sons, William, of Westhampton, and Joseph of this town. Her funeral was attended from the Westhampton church at 3 p.m. Thursday, Rev. Mr. Hendrick of this place, officiating, and the burial was in the Westhampton Cemetery.

Northampton Gazette, September 14, 1907 - AGED Norwich woman is dead. Mrs. Knight who was ill for 3 months with cancer and moved a few weeks ago to the home where she died. She was born 68 yrs. ago and resided in this vicinity her whole life. she was a good neighbor, enjoying the respect of all who knew her.
