Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records 1759-1763; Liber RR {Abstract by Mike Marshall}; Page 145. At the request of Moses Orme, Jr. the following Deed was recorded July 25, 1761
Indenture made June 20, 1761; Between James Wilson and Priscilla Wilson his wife of one part and Moses Orme, Jr., of the other part. Whereas Samuel Taylor late of PGCo was in his life time possessed two tracts called "Taylorton" where on the said Samuel Taylor lived containing 240 acres, and Taylors Pasture" containing 38-1/2 acres and died intestate the land became the property of his four daughters, Verlinda Taylor, Priscilla Taylor, Ann Taylor and Susannah Taylor coheirs of the said Samuel Taylor, and the said Priscilla Taylor having lately intermarried with James Wilson which by his wife became the right of him. Now this indenture further witnesseth that James Wilson and Priscilla Wilson his wife in consideration of 30 pounds sterling money of Great Britain paid by Moses Orme, Jr., have sold their portion of the two said tracts containing by approximation 50-1/2 acres. Signed James Wilson, Priscilla Wilson, in the presence of Francis Waring and acknowledged before Francis Waring, John Stone Hawkins and at the same time Priscilla Wilson w/o James Wilson relinquished her right of dower
