Clerk being in a low State as to bodily health", dated 29 Apr 1786, proved 6 Jun 1786, names brother Nathaniel Hale and brother-in-law Nathaniel Emery trustees of estate for benefit of "my Children Dureing their Minority", they also to be executors. [From recorded probate documents] Vol. 375, p. 22: 2 Apr 1802: Receipt of Moses Hale of Boxford and Elizabeth Emery children of the said Moses Hale with the consent of Thomas Emery husband of the said Elizabeth given to executors. 25 Feb 1807: Receipt of Stephen Hale, Sarah Hale and Mary E Hale, children of the said Moses Hale given to executors.
