Will of "Moses Hale of Boxford ... Clerk being in a low State as to bodily health", dated 29 Apr 1786, proved 6 Jun 1786, names brother Nathaniel Hale and brother-in-law Nathaniel Emery trustees of estate for benefit of "my Children Dureing their Minority", they also to be executors.

Vol. 375, p. 22: 2 Apr 1802: Receipt of Moses Hale of Boxford and Elizabeth Emery children of the said Moses Hale with the consent of Thomas Emery husband of the said Elizabeth given to executors.
