“He was one of the twenty Bradford men who signed teh 30 May 1787 Petition for Incorporation [HistBrad2].”

“Apparenlty they (Moses and Susannah) moved to Washington, VT [bid]. {Moses was in tax lists in Bradford from 1794 to 1804, but was gone by 1808. In the censuses of 1790 and 1800 they appeaerd to have up to two daughters and three sons in the home. One possibly indentified child is shown below- but could be a grandson rather than a a son.}”

Possible child (Bailey) of Moses and Susannah (Davis):

Calvin b. in 1810 in Bradford; per his death record he was a son of Moses Bailey and his wife Susan Ward; he d. in Peterboro on 15 Jan 1888, age 77 yrs 6 mos [NHVR]. He was a resident of Jaffrey when enlisted in the Reserve Corps on 16 Dec. 1863 [RegNHSoldiers1004].”
