    (III) Joseph Allen, born December 19, 1676, married Miriam Wight, of Medfield, November 4, 1701. She was a daughter of Ephraim Wight, of that town, and was born August 22, 1675; she was a granddaughter of Thomas Wight, who came from the Isle of Wight and was in Watertown, Massachusetts, 1636.
