Wood County marriage certificate.
http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=10258993&Type=Marriage It is thought that an error was made on Mildred's marriage certificate when it said that she was born in Washington County, West Virginia. Her census records say she was born in Ohio and Washington County, Ohio is directly across the Ohio River from Wood County, West Virginia.
