    Letters of administration were granted to two of his sons (George and Daniel) on 10 Dec 1789. His wife and three other sons, Jacob, John and Michael, gave up their right of administration on 8 Dec 1789.

    In his wife's renunciation of rights, Michael Fetter is described as "late of Frankstown Township in the County of Huntingdon, Wheelwright Deceased" and she says he "lately died intestate".
