Daughter of Lt. Roger & Olive (Coleman) Plaisted II.(Lieutenant Roger Plaisted, along with his two sons, was killed by Indians at Berwick in 1675.) According to Doe, around 1689 Mehitable was taken captive by Indians together with her infant son, whom the Indians killed. She was kept a captive in Canada for five years and then returned to Berwick, Maine.
