Mary Willis was borne ye --- day 5 mo 1709 [sic??].

There is a two year discrepancy between the various sources. It seems that the primary records say 1709 (S1, this reading of the filmed image being confirmed by S3), while Samuel Willis' family history seems to have influenced a whole set of secondary sources, including S2 and Source:Bunker, Mary Powell Seaman. Long Island Genealogies : Families of Albertson, Andrews, Bedell, Birdsall, Bowne, Carman, Carr, Clowes, Cock, Cornelius, to say 1707. Presumptively, the primary sources must be favored over the family history which was written by Samuel late in life, long after the fact.
