    Chambers Russell died in 1762, in the forty-fifth year of her age. They had no children. The death of his wife was a severe blow to him, and being out of health, he was advised to cross the Atlantic. He sailed for London in Oct 1766 and died 24 Nov 1766 as reported in Massachusetts Gazette of 15 Jan 1767, Boston Post Boy and Advertiser of 19 Jan 1767.
