Mary Slason born August 25, 1707, at Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Married (1) November 19, 1730, at Stamford, Jonathan Brown. ~~Married (2) March 21, 1734, at Stamford. Peter Knapp, widower of her sister, Elizabeth.~~ [Jacobus, in Families of Old Fairfield, 1:106, and the published Stamford vital records indicate that Jonathan Brown died in 1747 which makes this particular second marriage for Mary Slason suspect.] She died in 1760 at Stamford.
