24 Jul 1688: Indenture between Elhanan Lyon of Boston Wharginfer and Mary his wift and John Ragland of Boston Marrin'r for £225 the messuage in Boston and land belonging to it granted by deed from Mary Button Relict widow and executrix of will of John Button late of Boston Miller and mother o the said Mary Lyon.
24 Jul 1688: Mary Button Relict widow & Sole Executrix of will of John Button late of Boston, whereas I did make a deed of gift to my son in Law Elhanan Lyon of Boston and said Elhanan Lyon & Mary his wife sold it to John Ragland of Boston Marrin'r, for 5 shillings I quitclaim all right in said property to John Ragland.
Both deeds confirmed by the witnesses 27 Apr 1691.
