Research Notes

A birth date was found in the book CHAMBLEE, FISHER, GRUBBS, HUGHES, ROBINSON, SHIRLEY, SPEER AND TRIBBLE FAMILIES OF THE SOUTH by Ethel Speer Updike. It stated the birth date as 1781. The 1776 date came from the Shipman book. Not sure which is correct.
