Rea is a prominent name in Pennsylvania. One interesting twist is that on the back of a picture of Mary's daughter Sarah is a hand written note that Sarah is related to the wife of President Benjamin Harrison. Both of the wives of Benjamin Harrison were of the surname Scott. _______________________________________ Mary was also buried on their land near Chillicothe, in Ross County, Ohio

My info shows that Ebenezer (4 Mar 1768-PA) married Mary Rhett, probably in Allegheny Co., PA around 1793. Mary, born 9 Aug 1770, was a descendant of the Rhett family who helped found Charleston, SC. I have a whole page on Ebenezer and Mary in a book published privately in the 70's that I inherited from my dad. Be happy to share all I know. Angie Fenimore-Bonk
