    Mrs. May OKeefe Downey
    Mrs May O'Keefe Downey, 70, wife of James Downey of Birmingham, Ala., died in that city on February 22, according to word received here. Mrs. Downey was born in Lowville in 1869, daughter of David and Catherine O'Keefe. Surviving, besides her husband, are three sisters, Mrs. Catherine Austin and Miss Ella O'Keefe of New Tork dity and Mrs. Margaret Barry of Boston, and a brother, Mott O'Keefe of
    Staten Island. Mrs. Downey left Lowville when a young woman and had been a resident of Birmingham for some time.
