Source for her being the daughter of Thomas MUNT (from BB Lusk 8 Jul 2006): 1. Boston records of her marriages 2. Thomas Munt's probate records in The Register leaving land to his son-in-law (her first husband, Thomas Kingston) 3. Torrey's Early Marriages in New England before 1700: Tomas Barber married Mary (Munt) Kingston, widow of Thomas Kingston.

No children are listed for the Munts (her parents) on The Winthrop Fleet (1630) records, and those records did list children arriving with their parents. Therefore she must have been born in Massachusetts. Betty B. Lusk has not been able to find her birth in the Boston records.
