Mary Emma Turner, 91, Bettsville, died Monday at the Friendly Corner Nursi ng Home in Clyde, Where She resided for the past two years She had liv ed in Bettsville since 1919 and was formerly employed at the Bettsville Po st Office. She was born on Nov. 7th, 1885, in Seneca CO to Jacob and Emma (Brown) Gro ss, On Nov.2nd, 1902 she Married John W Turner in Kansas OH. He di ed in March of 1955. Survivors include two Children, J.B.Turner and Naomi Teal. Both of Bettsvi lle; Two Grand Children, five Great Grandchildren; and five Great Great G randchilden. She was a member of Samel United Methodist Church, Bettsvil le and belonged to the W.S.C.S and Senior Citizens of Bettsville. Burial will be in the Pleasant Union Cemetery at Old Fort.
