I cannot figure out who her parents are, records in Ohio seem rather sparse. A tree on FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:3W48-GYY) lists her parents as James and Mary Crouch, but as usually the case, there is no evidence provided. Though if that is the case, that would connect to the Crouch family documented at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~hutch/PURGETT/Crouch.htm
