Mary Copps was baptised on 7th August 1828 at Weston in Hertfordshire, daughter of Mary Copps, formerly Berry, and her husband James Copps, a labourer. Sadly young Mary died very shortly after her baptism; she was buried two days later, and was said to have been just two weeks old.
