Agreement 21 Jun 1703, William and Mary Clarke pay £8 to Cornelius Browne to have property in Lynn belonging to their grandfather William Clark, currently being improved by Cornelius through in right of his wife, widow of William's son John. On 21 Jun 1705 the William Clark [grandson, as the grandfather was dead] sold land to "his brother-in-law John Bancroft of Lynn".
