    2 Jun 1721: John Brown jun'r, James Brown, William Brown, Sarah Cogswell widow, Samuel Choate with Mary his Wife, all of Ipswich, being the only surviving heirs of our Brother Nathan'll Browne of Ipwich late Dece'd, who had land settled on him by our ffather Mr John Brown Sen'r of Ipswich, agree that all of ye Land of our said Brother with all his Reall Estate shall revert to our said ffather.   3. Source:Jameson, Ephraim Orcutt. Choates in America, 1643-1896 : John Choate and His Descendants, Chebacco, Ipswich, Mass, p. 22, identifies Mary as d/o John and Hannah Brown, b. Ipswich 3 Jul 1685. However, that daughter Mary d. 25 Oct 1686. So this is clearly a later daughter named Mary, but her birth apparently wasn't recorded. One would think she would have been the next female child born?
