Hamilton Advocate-Hamiltonian, Hamilton, Missouri December 4, 1958 MISS HELEN BISHOP DIES IN ST. JOSEPH WEDNESDAY Miss Mary Helen Bishop, 46, died early Wednesday morning at her home in St. Joseph. Miss Bishop has been in poor health the past several years and had been a patient in the hospital last week returning to her home Sunday. She was born in Kingston and had resided in St. Joseph the past 20 years with her cousin, Miss Marvel Paul, where they owned and operated a beauty shop. Mrs. Sela Heiser has resided the past two years with Miss Bishop and Miss Paul. She is survived by her father, Chester Bishop, of Kingston; her mother, Mrs. Fleeta Bishop, of Denver, Colo.; one brother George Bishop of Los Angeles, Calif.; and one sister Mrs. Bernice Stack of Denver, Colo. The body is at the Clark Funeral home in Kingston. No funeral arrangements had been made as of Wednesday morning.
