This is the woman that I think is Iza Pearl VanKirk's mother, and I now think Iza should be Iza Pearl Powell. I think that Martha married William Henry Powell. When Martha got sick her sister, Eliza Jane "Lyde" VanKirk came to the house to nurse Martha. After Martha died, Eliza Jane "Lyde" married William Henry Powell, leaving her son, Charles VanKirk with her mother, Agnes (Ewing) VanKirk. William Henry Powell and Eliza Jane "Lyde" VanKirk had a son, George Albert Powell. This theory is shared by Christine (Kelbaugh) Musgrave: "Family oral tradition given to me by me mother was the Eliza Jane married Mr Powell after he sister first married him."
