    [Note: the birth record is in error. The birth of a daughter Eunice to Ephraim and Sarah in July 1724 (p. 270) suggests the birth record of either Eunice or Martha is wrong. The age at death and the baptism of Martha all suggest that Martha's year of birth was 1722, so it is apparent that it was Martha's record that is wrong.]
