I have merely Martha Unknown. Can you give me a source for this marriage that I can cite? Response: Not an actual historical document, i.e. marraige license -- however, it you look at the 1850 census record on which Claiborn and Martha appear, just prior to their entry is the entry for Martha's parents and younger siblings. That is as close to "actual" as I can usually get for many of these older entries.
