   Marshall F. Baer, 71, of Salisbury, RD 1, died May 1, 1981 in Sacred Heart  Hospital, Cumberland, Md. He was born in Greenville Township, and was a son of Barbara late George W. and Barbara (Meese) Baer.  He was a member of Greenville Lutheran Church and the Order of the Owls, Nest 1611.  He is survived by his widow, Leetta (Arnold) Baer; two sons, Harold W. Baer, Frostburg RD 3, and Ray E. Baer, Frostburg; four daughters, Mrs. Beulah Emmart, White Plains, Md.; Mrs. Phyllis Farrell, Glen Burnie, Md., Mrs. Donna Robinette, of Vassar, Mich., and Mrs. Deborah Berkeley, of Salisbury RD 1; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Hostetler and Mrs. Emogene Arnold, both of Meyersdale RD 3; Mrs. Lillie Yutzy, of Meyersdale RD 4; and Mrs. Tillie Steinly, of Salisbury RD 1: and 18 grandchildren.    The Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, was in charge of arrangements.  Services were conducted in the Greenville Lutheran Church by the Rev. David E. Fetter. Interment will be in Greenville Cemetery.
