The age given in this death record is 52, which is off by 5 years. Originally I though that Maria was the first daughter of Phillip Klauss and Catharina Niedermayer, born in 1714, which would match this death date, and that the appellation "Magdelena" was just not noted in the birth record. Then I discovered the daughter "Maria Magdelena" born in 1719 which created a conflict, as I was not sure if the age at death was wrong or whether there was confusion about the name. This problem was solved by discovering the marriage record of Maria in 1733 (12 JAN 1733, Image 62 in the Hörsching Trauungsbuch vol. 4 1721-1750) which lists a Maria, daughter of Philip and Catharina at a date at which Maria would be 19, old enough to be being married, but Maria Magdelena would only be 14. This means that Magdelena is the Maria Magdelena born in 1719, and that either the death record is for a different Magdelena Mitterlehner also living in Thening, or that the age at death is incorrect.
